15 - 1 cup fresh mint leaves

→ Peach Syrup

16 - 1 cup peaches, peeled and chopped (fresh or frozen)
17 - 1/2 cup water
18 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar

# How-To Steps:

01 - In a large pitcher, blend lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir thoroughly until sugar dissolves. Add cold water and mix well. Refrigerate to chill before serving.
02 - For each fruit syrup, combine chopped fruit, sugar, and water in a small saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat. Reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes, gently mashing fruit to release juices. Strain syrup through a fine-mesh sieve into a jar, discarding solids. Allow to cool completely.
03 - In a saucepan, combine water and granulated sugar. Heat to a gentle simmer, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, add fresh mint leaves, and steep for 15 minutes. Strain syrup into a clean jar and cool.
04 - Arrange chilled lemonade in a beverage dispenser. Place syrup jars, each labeled, on the serving table. Prepare garnishes such as lemon slices and mint sprigs, and set out ice cubes and glasses for guests.
05 - Fill a glass with lemonade and ice. Add 1–2 tablespoons of desired syrup. Stir to combine. Garnish with lemon slices or mint sprigs as preferred.
